1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Petura (the "Platform"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the platform or use any of our services including pet listings, grooming, and clinical bookings.
2. User Accounts & Verification
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.
Professional sellers (Breeders/Kennels) and Service Providers (Clinics/Groomers) are subject to a mandatory verification process including ID and Trade License checks.
3. Marketplace & Pet Listings
Petura acts as a facilitator for pet discovery. We do not own, sell, or resell any pets listed on the platform. Sellers are solely responsible for the health, documentation, and welfare of the animals they list.
- No illegal or restricted breeds may be listed.
- Sellers must provide accurate health and vaccination history.
- Abusive or misleading descriptions will result in permanent bans.
4. Booking Pet Services
Users can book grooming and clinical services through the platform. While we verify the credentials of these providers, the actual service delivery is the responsibility of the clinic or groomer.
Petura is not responsible for any incidents arising during physical appointments at third-party locations.
5. Payments & Refunds
Payments for certain services are processed through our secure payment gateway. Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to the appointment are eligible for a full refund. Processing fees may apply.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Petura, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of the service.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
